Il se pourrait bien qu&rsquo;il y ait un peu plus que du business derri\u00e8re tout \u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La r\u00e8glementation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque Future Motion exp\u00e9die un Onewheel, il doit se conformer aux conditions de vente du transporteur ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur. Il y a notamment certaines r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 respecter lorsque l&rsquo;on exp\u00e9die par avion les batteries au lithium pr\u00e9sentes dans un Onewheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet suite \u00e0 de nombreux incidents sur les fameuses hoverboards apparues vers 2012, la r\u00e9glementation a\u00e9rienne a d\u00fb \u00e9voluer. Un client d\u00e9clare :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ma GT en panne chez FedEx aujourd&rsquo;hui. J&rsquo;ai ensuite re\u00e7u un appel de FedEx me disant que je devais repasser pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le colis.<\/p><p>Fedex : Les exp\u00e9ditions vers Future motion sont annul\u00e9es pour cause de non d\u00e9claration de mati\u00e8res dangereuses.<\/p><p>FM me disent que je n&rsquo;ai pas besoin d&rsquo;aller le chercher, mais le suivi du colis montre qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas quitt\u00e9 le d\u00e9pot o\u00f9 je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9pos\u00e9.<\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/onewheel\/comments\/tlwadb\/fms_fedex_account_is_under_embargo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/onewheel\/comments\/tlwadb\/fms_fedex_account_is_under_embargo\/<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, lorsqu&rsquo;un colis part \u00e0 destination du SAV, Future Motion envoie des \u00e9tiquettes \u00e0 imprimer pour le transporteur mais ne fournit jamais les \u00e9tiquettes UN3481 d\u00e9signant un contenu dangereux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Est-ce que Future Motion surfacture ses clients pour le transport ?<br>Est-ce qu&rsquo;ils trompent volontairement le transporteur ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quoi qu&rsquo;il en soit, il semblerait que FedEx soient f\u00e2ch\u00e9s avec Future Motion ce qui pourrait encore impacter les d\u00e9lais de livraison de la GT notamment \u00e0 destination de l&rsquo;Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affaire \u00e0 suivre&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-default\"\/>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FedEx : Embargo sur les exp\u00e9ditions de Onewheel F\u00e9vrier 2022.
